  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • When will I get my refund?
    Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received and another email once it has been processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution). Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. We'll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on the way.
  • Do you ship International?
    No, as of now we do not ship international, we ship just within the United States
  • Do you customize orders?
    yes we do design and create garments that you want. Just check out our bookings
  • When will I receive my order?
    DOMESTIC SHIPPING We offer ground shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. Most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Please allow 2-3 days in addition during promotions, holidays or other times where all U.S. business activities are impacted. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 2-8 business days of its ship date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or holidays.
